Yo Homopt, its clear by this statement that you do not know about fitness or have you just have very limited/generic knowledge (which based on the posts i see you put up all over this forum, seems to be your running trend). Pull up variations are HUGELY beneficial to both strength and endurance AKA stamina. Just because you dont run does not mean your not fit. Using body weight exercises is one of the most healthy ways to train both physical strength and muscle stamina. I dont know if your racist or what, but if you can see past that and just look at the pure power and strength these guys have you would show a little more respect. Go ahead and try half of what they do at your private gym that mom and pops pay for. Besides, if you think running = fitness, try HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) exercises... Most peeps that can run 10 miles cant survive 15 min of HIIT, so does that mean they are not fit?

For the rest of the peeps that actually want to get strong and learn about fitness here are a couple of forums:
www.bodyweightculture.com
www.animalstrength.com

Peace to everyone that's actually putting in the work and not judging those that do.
