if you're doing the heavy lifts (like bench/squats/deadlifts) that use big muscles and larger muscle groups try and keep 48 hours between workouts to let your body/muscles to rest up and develop.

that being said... bboying in itself is a workout and you're using your own body weight. so you may want to consider lifting lighter weights in the gym and supplementing things with bboying.

your body takes a while to get used to things and trust me the best way to achieve that adaption quickly and properly is getting adequate rest and eating properly.

bottom line, just keep at it haha you'll be fine.
