One of the MOST important parts of ANY training is REST.
hear it and learn!!!!stretching is super important. take a good 15-30 min to stretch. pull the muscles, then breaking is easier, i also dont like stretching at the jam, i do it before and just a mild stretch at the jam. and rest. take protein to repair muscles and just rest so you can push again tomorrow
