what i do is random depending on what i have (i'm poor)
but usually eating oatmeal in the morning is good! yes the plain, dull oatmeal that taste like crap eat it with eggs in the morning
you should eat the most during breakfast it helps increase your metabolism throughout the day
when you are bboying or working out eat carbs beforehand so you the energy and after your done doing your thing eat some food with protein like chicken, beef, pork etc with a protein shake that is if you have it
