superhuman work out/healthy tips on bboying

What's up everbody bruise lon here i just decided to give some tips,
and some advice on how to stay healthy and train strong.I have been
training my self in the martial arts since i was 13 years old now i am 21
years old.I have been involed in bboying since august12th of 2005 to
2007,but even then i did not understand the basics and the power of
bboying,and until this day i am learning ways on how to stay light on
my feet and eat healthy foods,and liquids such as plenty of vegetables protein
and fruits.Its not easy being a bboy but here is my example and tips that
you know i am on my way there.On bike i ride at least 35 miles a day,on foot i jog 6 miles a day
That might not sound true to most
of you out there but,This workout can help b-boys and b-girls stay fit.peace and respect
