The healthiest I've been all my life is while living here in Brazil.

Heres my typical day in food.

1. A full cup of water in the morning first thing.

2. A large cup-glass of yogurt with half of it full of granola (the granola has raisins, oatmeal, dried coconut and some other stuff) and about 2 spoons of flax seeds and a BANANA cut in pieces mixed all in.

3.Then I have a small toasted sandwich of whole grain bread, cheese, tomato and turkey and sometimes a poached egg.

4. Another full cup of water to finish breakfast.

5. For snack before lunch, an apple or a pear or some papaya or a sapote with a BANANA and Coconut water if possible.

After breaking or a workout

6. Lunch: Rice-Whole grain if you can, Beans and a meat or fish or shrimp or manta ray, better to be chicken or something else, beef and pork only some times. A salad with several greens (lettuce, or any type of leaf, cucumber, chayote, carrot, potato, okra, green pepper, onion sometimes, pumpkin, squash, cabbage, maxixe etc. etc.) and a whole tomato cut up and mixed in with the food.

7. After lunch snack: A little yogurt with granola and flax seed or pineapple or apple or orange or guava or any type of other naturally made juice or fruit.

8. Another glass of water later on.

After Breaking or a work out

9. Dinner (LIGHT): A glass of water or two- Coconut water if possible. A banana shake made up with a cup of milk, 2-3 small bananas, a spoon of chocolate Nescau and two to three handfuls of ice, mix in the blender. If not this then more yogurt with granola and flax seed. A toasted sandwich with tomato, turkey or chicken and cheese with a poached egg. Some more fruit of your choice.

10. Before sleeping...A GLASS OF WATER or Coconut water.

You should eat several times a day and in medium-small quantities!

You don't need any extra butter, salt or any fatty type of crap on any of your food, that means no extra sauces, mayonnaise or any crap! I don't put salt on anything and I don't need to because when I have cheese and slices of processed meat like turkey and sliced chicken it already has my daily needs of salt! It's a good habit not to put any extra anything on any of your food.

I don't know why so many cats are saying protein shake protein shake protein shake, iron supplement, protein shake..........GO EAT BEANS, THERES YOUR IRON AND PROTEIN!

In Summary,

I drink water and eat the granola, tomato and flax seeds and bananas so much because:

GRANOLA has oatmeal and fiber, which is very healthy, keeps cholesterol down, and it keeps you full for a long period of time so you wont have urges of eating
TOMATO is delicious anyway, I eat about 3-4 a day, and its known to help prevent prostate cancer and other anti-cancer things
FLAX SEEDS are the seeds with the most protein and fiber in them, and they have other healthy oils in them like omega-3 which are very healthy
BANANAS because you need the potassium everyday, and they are all around healthy!!!
WATER IS LIFE, you need it to be able to function at your potential, it keeps away fatigue and is the best thing your body can have everyday all day to be at its potential, it keeps you from getting sick also and helps you get over your sicknesses. I think I am only sick one day a year.

Eat several times a day
Eat a lot of fruit
Eat bananas everyday
Drink water 6-8 times a day, yes even if you have to piss a lot during the day, you only want to be seeing clear piss!
Eat a lot of different vegetables

DO EXERCISE, go swim, walk, run, bike, break and your at home workouts.

PEACE!
