Would doing various types of push ups be the method to strengthening the other side of the wrist? My right wrist has been hurt for awhile now, and slowly getting better, but its sensitive to pressure. Doesnt feel like any thing is broken, just pulled a tendon or sumthing I think.

Was doing Cricket and windmill training. Someone help me out!
