How much do you weigh....thats alot of protien if your a "small" guy (dnt know..just saying cuz most bboys are)...and thats alot of carbs your consuming. If your young and active I guess u can get away with it ,but if not it could actually make u fat if your not doing a serious weight training routine and lots of cardio. I guess you lead a highly active lifestyle beyond just dancing I'm sure. I have no doubt you know what works best for you...I was just curious. Props 2 you because it IS really hard to do both whole heartedly
