Wow. So let me see, on average experienced amateur cyclists hit anywhere between 15-20 mph, which means you spend somewhere between 2 and 2.5 hours cycling. Then you speed walk an entire marathon, so if Olympic speed walkers usually average about 5.5 mph, and not even considering the weight you are carrying, you will be walking for at least 5 hours. So all in all, you walk and cycle for almost 7 or 8 hours, and you say you do this everyday?? Incredible! Do you go to school, or have a job? I'd be amazed you could find the time.
Actually, that's a good point; where do you find the time and energy to actually do any breaking???
