first thing you must start running that's how you cut the flab away trust me i know
watch what u eat don't eat late night. Then with your bboy everything will just come off naturally,i used to box and when i stopped i put on alot of weight i went and trained with a friend who breaks and i got super fit my stomach got hard n my stamina was crazy n that was all the top rocking and footwork drills.Even to this day i still incorperate breaking drills in my training so you should b cool just jog n open up your lungs.
