I don't mean to be rude, but without commas it's really hard to understand what you're talking about. Zulu Nation is NOT the birth of HIP-HOP, HIP-HOP goes a lot farther back than Zulu does, buddy. Zulu Nation might have been around as far as near the beginning of breaking, but not for hip-hop. And even if they DID start everything, that doesn't mean that they can do whatever they want, and tell everyone else to follow them anymore. THAT'S a trend, Zulu is grandfathered in and they get too much of a spotlight in my opinion. Times have changed, and you're sounding like grandpa. I didn't say anything about not wanting foundation, or seeing a lack in the need of it, so don't switch my points around, because you know you didn't read ANYTHING in my post about not wanting to have foundation.
To wrap what my first post, and this one, I'll say this - express yourself, not what you think is expressing yourself, or what you're told is expressing yourself. You can be original and unique, or you can be a stamped out little cookie from the pan. I don't disagree with everything Zulu Nation has said or done, but I don't like most of it. It's my opinion, and I'm entitled to it. I dance with a free conscience.
Peace and respect, no beef intended.
