Ax-EScrew, definitely feel you on the groupie thing, but we feel this is the best way to get everyone's input and for people to feel like they are a process in deciding.

We could have just picked the people that have been doing it best in our opinions, and we might in the years to come, but we also feel getting the communities input is important, even if it doesn't result in the best pick, but it would be brash to say that it is pointless.

Also, there are prelims all over the nation for cats to actually battle to get in, and that's really where we are depending on getting most of our talent.
