I dont know. As far as i am concernd, HipHop dancing may be called HipHop. Maybe thats the name given to it, but its not real HipHop.
The same way commercial MTV music is referred to as HipHop, but its not real HipHop. Im sure its not easy to do and requires alot of skill....but still.
