yes it can i have been liftting heavy weights since i was 12 years old,and yes it can help you a lot with
bboying because it helps me.I am also a martial artist too so that also keeps me strong with my bboying

Iv'e been trying to go to jams in chicago and battle but,I just spend time trying to get better
at what i do.I also have been hitting up other bboys but they don't get back to me.If you know

an superhuman/martial arts styles in my bboying. I Train for 3hours at least in bboying

My mileage is just what i do on days that i am working out or lifting weights,or bike riding
