This is a great workout for bboying, but what if you can't afford a gym member ship,i do gymnast workouts for power and flexibility.

i quote what said bruise lon...if you want strength for some skills you need specificity in your training...
respect against what you can hear from various videos or tutorial push up and handstand push up are not sufficinet to make a great conditioning...you have to anlyze what types of muscles are involed and what are the movements...think that you can gain strength doing a skill is not correct...this is the first way to get injuried!
by the way bboy can use pull movements to balance the muscle structure but the most beneficial exercise are:
-push up
-plyometrich push up
-planche push up
-handstand push up
-multiplane bent arms press movements
-straigth arms press
-strangth arms press and bent arm press movement combined
-dynamic single and multi plane pressing exercises
-varying a tempo of every exercise to stimulte different metabolic pathway
-core exercise to stay in hollow position and decrease the leverage
-exercercise for serratus anterior, externarl rotators, traps e delts muscles to stabilize the scapulas joint during the activity
