For someone who is just starting out or is new to stretching their wrists, be very careful with trying to emulate this video. This exercise can put a lot of strain on your wrists and is dangerous if you don't have already somewhat of strength/flexibility in your wrists. It looks like a great exercise but it looks a bit advanced.

hey everybody
need help now am on 8 months injurie on right wrist !!! and just healed from the left one who take like 10 months ... its a tendonit caused of lot using it !!! need help docs says rest and someting to not let wrist move !! what u think guys ??

u should rest then, or else it will be permanent

don't do these exercises until they're fully healed cuz it will do more harm than good

also see a physiotherapist/chiropractor/acupuncturist/etc cuz they have more direct treatments for that sort of problem, most bboys arent educated enough to give health advice unless they've been trained in that field too

unfortunately wrist tendonitis are not simplr to heal if it is chronic...hte best way is try to do multiple curl exercises and after balancing the oppisete muscle...
the problem of connetive tissue is that the blood flow is about 15-20% then the muscles so the hormones than can arrive only with blood feel the necessity of a continuing blood flow...
think the dimension of a tube of 5 cm section...if you want to send 10 ml of blood you need tot time...if your section is 1 cm you need more more time...this is why exercise to heal the wrist must be mutiple set with very high reps
