all my conditioning/stretches for bboying come from martial arts...their the only ones i know.

ya ive been thinking about it, breaking is similar to sparring in that you never know how long you are gonna have to last (especially if you get called out) so it would make sense your basic level of conditioning would be the same as an elite martial artist.

also i love the part about strengthening stabilizing muscle groups BEFORE moving onto advanced movements. If I took this advice to heart a couple of years ago I wouldnt have struggled with nearly as many injuries when I started working on power.

bboying before training, really had to be around a year studying kung fu in order to gain strength and flexibility agility ..... was very rewarding

martial arts really help my bboying a lot people sometimes
do not understand that martial arts really help your training.
I have been studying about five different styles of martial
arts for years.
