yo find someone who speciaizes in chinese medicine and herbs. i had the same problem, still kinda do sometimes, i would get light headed when i stand up sometimes, do yoga practicing any upside down moves, or getting up in the morning especially. also, i would eat a lot and sometimes not feel full. im 21 about 130 lbs. i went to an herbalist and she told me my heart was weak because of some mucus around the membrane of my heart (prolly from smoking blunts for 7 years) which i why i also have slight heart palpitations, and why i get light headed. she gave me some crazy herbal tea mixture of tree bark, and some other things that you normally wouldnt boil, and told me to drink it 2 times a day for a week or so. yo i tell you right now all that light headedness went away i was crisp and had MAD energy. . now im drinking a less dense mixture of the same herbs 3 times a day for a month. so its gonna take a lil while but once you do it you should be good forever if you learn how to take care of yourself properly she told me.
some questions she asked me were:
are your feet and hands colder than the rest of your body? checst pains/chest pressure? your heart may not be pumping enough blood to your extremeties .
you drinking enough water?
all this nutritional science is so new and confusing that it makes more sense to go with tested proven methods of healing for over thousands of years like chinese herbal remedies, ayurvedic, energy healing, qigong, etc. stuff made from dudes grinding shit in a bowl not by niggas in white coats and rubber gloves. lol hope that helped a lil bit. peace
