Hahaha, damn, that's harsh. Yeah, he is very eloquent and I liked the way he was able to put what they were doing into context. When these guys were creating this whole thing, the South Bronx was the poorest area in the entire country. There were so many abandonded buildings that they actually painted flowers and windowsills on the empty windows because they didn't have the money or manpower to knock down the buildings. President Carter toured the Bronx in '79 or so like dignitaries tour disaster areas. Props to the culture for creating something so beautiful and endearing out of seeming madness and despair.

I really don't mean it in an offensive way. I respect all O.G's, I'm simply saying many of them have been through tough times and that's why they come out that way. I know because being Latino, I have a few uncles that are O.G's (not in BBOYING) just in general, and are like that. I love to listen and learn from each and everyone of them because they all have a different point of view but sometimes it just bothers me that they really can't say as much as they'd like to.
