As crazy as it might sound rest is always good between training and competions
example if u train hard Mon u should jogg light tues day to get the built up latic acid
out ur legs.Dont stretch a cold muscle jog in place dosome light jumping jacks to warm
muscle up then stretch! stay hydrated gallon of water a day keep pottasium in your
body eat bannana's drink gatorade...u cant go wrong jumpng rope cardio is the key
because fautiage cause u to make mental errors..in a heated battle must be conditioned
mentally as well as physically. if its a one day event no training 2 days before rest the week
before a major contest by going light.because u train hard up until battles saturday go hard
Mon or tues come Sat its muscle memory in Effect time to show ur best stuuff...ON2 aka Da Funky ReL1

Yeah.. stretch! And resting is as big of a part of sports as the actual doing sports! Lol :P

this is a dance though... and although I know ur fully aware off that, the reason I say that is that it makes a lot off difference in the resting part.

so 1 day u can do some laidback dancing doing some tops or footwork and making shit up just relax training, and that can be your basic resting day, to go full hardcore power training or hardcore battle session the next day.

and for some people it depends some can only train one day a week, as for me I go best training or dancing at least 5 or 6 times a week, i also somehow get fitter and get more energy that way. (lol i came back a wreck after my 4 weeks vacation)

when I take more then two days out off my dancing/practicing I get less fit can do less rounds in a battle and it also effects my powermoves. I know a couple off other bboys who are the same as me, but i also know lots off people who are the opposite and who need 3 or 4 days rest after every breaking session.

so I qeuss it is what ever works for you
