Review of Monster Jam 2009
Since it was my first time in Korea and because T.I.P. crew is looking for some good reviews... I thought I'd post one on here to let everyone know what happened...
Hopsitality.
I must say that the T.I.P. Crew were definitely really good hosts especially Ronin. They took care of all the invited bboys properly. Nice motel rom for EACH bboy (no cramming in a single room), fed everyone whenever a single person was hungry, took us around to where ever we wanted visit, paid for all travel expenses and let us practice in their beautiful studio. For the 5 days i was in Korea, I had a blast with everyone.
Organized & Professional
The jam started promptly at the time as it said on the flyer. unfortunately it was raining outside all day so the crowd wasnt as packed as we had all hoped but the turn out was still good. The jam was run professionaly and executed perfectly. All the bboys had a fair chance of warming up prior to the battles and all performers were given bottles of water throughout the event. judging was fair and honest in my opinion. Some were upset at the decisions and some werent. it happens. after the event, we all got free alcoholic beverages and then fed well. After party was kind of weak but we had fun and goofed around.
....
Overall, the experience was hella dope. I had a lot of fun kickin' back with Freeze, Ata, Xisco, Brahim, and Dyzee from supernats. It sucks that Monster Jam wasnt promoted as big as some of the other jams in Korea but I'm sure it will do much better in the future. It's one of my favorite 1v1 battles right now.
Peace and respect to T.I.P crew, Ronin, Ata, Xisco, Brahim, Dyzee, Freeze, Bom5 & anyone else i forgot to mention...
for those of you who were actually there... feel free to add on to this thread.

The event was very well organized.
The venue was excellent: Platoon Kunsthalle was very spacious, and the A/C was on the entire time. Still hot, but not as hot as MatchOnesSkill, I heard.
There was food availble at the venue at reasonable prices! And a full bar!
The selection of foreign bboys flown into Korea was excellent. Dyzee & Ata gave an excellent workshop the next day.
I loved the "picking your opponent" battle format.
There was free TIP ice cream given away: arguably the most ice cream eaten at a bboy event.
Outsider performed: fastest rapper ever (IMO), he's a well known artist in Korea.
The crowd watching was an even mixture of dancers & casual fans, not like the girly boy band infested Cyon battle.
The event ran on time.
The battle will be broadcasted over Korean cable television: KBS channel, next month.
There were cute girls.
TIP knows how to run an event, and I'm sure next year's will be even better. It was like a mini-BCOne.

it wasnt pick your own opponent...
they drew names from hats and it was randomized....
either way it was a dope way to set it up...
and yes... their ice cream was amazingly delicious... like coffee ice cream but...in Popsicle form

it actually was pick your own opponent. they drew the numbers from the hats to decide who will choose the opponent first.

Hey yall,
Sorry that my review took a while but here it is.
I had a blast. Good to see old friends again.
T.I.P crew takes care of people like you are a private guest. Incredible and inspiring.
I had a blast in Seoul. I chilled with people from all over.
MONSTER JAM
Was in a nice venue. Raining all day but still dope. I like the battle concept and i think the b-boy´s did to.
Judging was hard sometimes but i think we came thru with the right decisions.
Calling out judges is waak if you dont know yourself and your limitations.
Ice cream was dope i hope they wanna sponsor me LOL.
AFTERPARTY
I had a blazt with my boy´s.
Big shout outs to T.I.P crew allways dope to see you.
Special shout out to Virus my brother. My biggest inspiration in Korea. A true b-boy. Stiffler, Soo, Bony and the allways caring Ronin.
Good to see my friends from Rivers, Floor Gangz, Korean Roc, Maximum Crew and every body else i forget.
Big up to Bom-5 i talk to you soon.
Thanks to Ata, Xisco, Brahim for making this trip a dope one.
Freeze
European Flow.
