As you might know or not know is that bboyworld Creates opportunity for new bboys each year.
Witch means The bboyworld team is changing each year to give other Upcoming bboys like YOU a chance to represent. The Squadron is a representation of the bboyworld Team 2008, The Bboyworld 2008 team was named squadron by a formal bboyworld associate.

as you can see on the list all the members who were on the bboyworld team/project in the past.

for example:
People like toys, domkey etc are diff level of bboyworld team, they will do more paid related gigs in the future.
Also the list contain backup bboys incase we have not enough people to fill certain spots.
Because every team needs at least 1 or 2 experienced leaders on it, we call them Captain/coaches.
