are their any really capoeira influenced bboys?

when i say this i dont mean the more flashier moves bboys are know to do like corks,parafusos,540 kicks...i mean more the floor work like the sweeps and transitions from bridges capoeirists do. curious if their are more out there...im hella influenced though i dont officially practice the art in a school. ive self taught myself alot of th e stuff. like i know spee-d did capoeira but i dont see much of it in his bboying.

well, i think here in brazil there's a lot......
i mean, they got no directly influenced, but if u see, there's a lot of capoeira moves on their set... maybe it's just the culture here, or the way we think...

Well I know spee-d practiced capoeira for a very long time so I'd imagine it has some influence on his breaking

IamVassili: i see tons of bboys wit capoeira moves but no footwork or transitions from it. just the flashier stuff

GJM: yeah i mentioned he did capoeira but beyond a few flashy moves i dont see none of the capoeira groundwork...his shit is straight flava florida footwork.

rastaboy932: thanks man im lookin at his stuff now. love the swingthroughs and stuff.

We had a Capoeira demo at DanceStylesExpo yesterday and I think it is the school that SPEE-D went to in Fort Lauderdale
