hi , my holiday is almost coming .
i nid some physical training to improve my bboy.
something like running , pumping , situp ...
any 1 have more physical training for bboy ?
mainly stick to pull ups, push ups, jumping jacks and benches thats all you need because you want to build those shoulder, peck and arm muscles the most
Usually when I go out for a run, I turn on a beat, and while I'm running I start to top rock to the beat. Upper body work outs are a must, but personally I think there is more for core/ab work outs that most should focus on. I personally got a huge boost from football for my strength, but not much core/ab work outs. If you don't have access to a gym, like everyone else is saying, sit ups, push ups, squats, etc. But if you do, and you want to turn into a lean mean bboy machine, look at what people in gymnastics do for their work outs AND what kind of diets they go on. Its important to eat healthy if you are looking to improve on physical performance. I my self need to stop eating pizza at the cafeteria at my college.
So yeah, there's my ten cents. Hope you get the results you want. By the way, they wont ever come fast. You'll have to work your ass off for over a month before anything changes.

bodyweight training can be more than pushups and situps, you probably know that but i didnt for a while.
look up how to train planches and other gymnastics exercises like press handstands and manna lead ups.
even if you dont get very good at these exercises they will help your strength a lot.
also holding all one hand freezes builds strength.
basically you have to find your weakness and work on that the most, me its core strength and overall muscle strength, but for you it might be endurance or flexibility, or maybe something different like musicality.
