man, as if that wasn't strait thesis biting. the guy is dope, but Please, if I did some of that stuff I would get called out so quickly. there was no twist, no flip...same moves. ie i've never even seen anybody else do the kip up elbow thing that way.
I thought his valdez to deadman to one handed drop was so ill btw. not saying that he is not sick..just that people should call it what it is.
Okay, this kid Ryuichi has difenetely been studying Thesis, Flexum and possibly Paranoid Android as well. We'll watch his career to see if this bears fruit. I'd like to say that after living over there for 9 years. You got kids learning moves via video tape and You tube. They are biting to catch up to what the rest of the world is doing. In fact most heads world wide are doing the same thing, don't know why heads are trying to act surprised. The proof of biting is kinda easy to spot, lack of top rocks, lack of foot work, amazing 1st round, weak ass hell 2nd round. After all these videos most heads should be able to access this as well. Trust me, I've seen my share of Bboys worldwide get there fame and status off other Bboys moves and then claim that shit to be there own for their crew and themselves, only later to see it backfire. This is no different.

You beat me to it Ziggy..
Just to add to it though, this kid isn't just biting moves..which would be a little more socially acceptable in the bboy community but he's bitting transitions which ultimately lead to flow and that's why a lot of it resembles Thesis.
Morris won alone off of originality, swag and variation.
Im sorry, but why do people assume he's been been watching thesis videos and never took it into consideration that it could be straight up coincidence? Cats don't know the dude personal and are so quick to call him a bitter. This dude Ryuichi is sick and for all we know he could have had those moves way before Thesis. Honestly I dont see what the big deal is and why ANYONE would care. I mean really CARE about it. I mean think about it, really think about who would actually care besides Thesis himself, cuz they are his moves and not anyone else's right?
Same goes for Morris with people complaining about him doing the same moves for years. If you can actually predict what he's about to do next, maybe you personally should give your eyes a rest from youtube and start practicing. And so what if he's been doing the "SAME" moves for years, cuz he's been roasting cats with those "SAME" for years.
Morris is sick
Ryuichi is sick
Leave it that, it was a dope battle. You cant expect every single bboy or bgirl to be completely original, so just love this dance for what it is.
TraqJay87 i hope u weren't talking about me. I only watch like 2 breaking videos a week. Morris is predictable.
To me at least, like i said in my post. That was my opinion.

I'm sorry but I need to disagree. After seeing his other rounds he is very much in tune with himself and looks quite original if you ask me. Like others have said, people are very quick to bite...but have you thought that thesis' "style" is turning foundational for those who want to do blow-ups? Like rubberlegz for abstrakt?
