White Boy Dave - Core Workout for ya'll

I'm turning 33 this year -- gotta fight to keep that core strength for all the breaking / resisting injuries.
Here's a Core Workout for ya'll. Enjoy.

Lol - yeah, i knew peeps would laugh at the leggings.
Hey man -- when I break, I gear up accordingly. This is an ab workout. I don't wear my chuck taylors & tribal gear to yoga. Hopefully, this helps anyone who wanted a good core workout. My crew would go to open gymnastics every week -- and we learned alot from the coaches -- so i'm sharing experiences built over time. That's my goal.

Peace,

Dave

I appreciate it man - you are highlighting a lot of things I've been casually looking into but you're much further down the line with them so all of these videos and insights are hugely helpful to me!

I'm 28, so getting to the point where you can't just do what you do - gotta cross train to stay "able". I also do gymnastics (once a week), been hitting the gym 3 times a week for heavy lifting sessions splitting the body into sections and of course training my breaking...

While I've never felt better I can't stop thinking that there must be more interesting and useful ways of development. So reading your experiences with "insanity" and the other workouts, crossfit (something Im HUGELY interested in concept wise) and mixing dances and conditioning is really making me think hard.

Surprised there isn't much more discussion going on actually.

So yeah, thanks!!
