when u enter comps consider who the judges are, and where it is.....lol dynamic wasn't really that clean, and when u got guys like ronnie as a judge in FRANCE u need a lot more than nice tops and footwork...still good stuff from both sides....

Cloud, keebz and abstak have better top rock than Meen? What is this world coming to? Watch the freaking video again and see how he's killing the beat. U might not like it but please understand it. Come see him in a cypher with a dope dj u ain't hanging. Work on his technique?????? I agree he could have done a lot more but don't criticize someone who was invited to this jam and made it to the finals. It was for a reason. Not only do they dance better, but I think they're on a totally different level than Meen187 in every aspect of the art. It's not even worth debating. Meen187 has the steps but not the flava that the aforementioned b-boys have. I really appreciate the fact that he has soul but there's nothing jaw-dropping about anything he does.

and that my friend is clearly your opinion tru meen has alot to work on as does everyone else because noone is perfect but everyone is their own personality and flava, for u to say he has nothing "jaw-dropping" and that those mentioned are better than he is, is merely your opinion which is respected but u gotta appreciate the art in every form it comes and from meen thats how he dances and he is dope whether u like it or not. this battle was not his best... i won't judge it i don't know who i would give it too... him and gravity just looked tired

i dont care to judge the battle, but you can clearly see that when the dj switched it from the break back to the bridge of the song it completely threw him off... he came out and hit some shit during the break then he gets caught up after it switched... it even looks like he looks at the dj as soon as he threw that part on

DJs need to pay attention more to the dancers..

It's funny, cause in people's mind: Gravity = american = musicality and style, and extreme crew = koreans = only tricks and powermove
BUT in fact gravity was not listening to the music more than Blue, and Blue owned him for the technical aspect. For powermoves, Blue was clearly better than Gravity

And for the battle between Meen187 and Baek: Meen didn't show the best he can do, he didn't destroyed the beat, and with baek doing his stuff with good execution and trying to provoque Meen with a great smile by imitating his basic footwork, the battle was over.

I was there, and clearly there was not a single hesitation for the judges: they gave it 3 - 0 for extreme crew, and the crowd clearly agreed with the decision.

Dynamic could have done better, but they ran out of energy and moves in the final

put it this way if meen187 did runs like he did in the semi finals of this event i would have given the decision to dynamic because extreme werent really doing that well in this battle either. But sadly he didnt have those kind of runs and gravity kinda carried the weight, extreme while not being anything spectacular atleast both held their own.

Not hating on meen i think he is a great b-boy just not in this battle and big deal it happens, any other day could have been the other way around.

I appreciate the comments and support but some of you have to realize that sometimes shit just doesn't work out for you. Don't let someones performance ALWAYS dictate how you BELIEVE they feel about bboying in general. I can do it all, I just choose not to and I think that's what draws people to me. It's the idea of taking a route less traveled in the hopes of creating something formidable on the dance floor. I chose toprock and footwork knowing that it would be more difficult to be world famous that way but look! It worked out and I got invited to a world class battle to test it against the best of the best. Made it to the finals too.

I play a very important role in a lot of battles and in order to maintain balance, I sometimes stick very much in that role and don't leave until I feel it's necessary. It worked for the bulk of the battles but not this one. Gravity carried the most weight in the battles if you look at it in terms of what a competition like this focuses on but I believe they wanted to see something different this year in what Meen187 could bring to it and that could be a reason I was invited. It was a powerful move for Chelles, in my opinion. Everyone is expanding into the toprock and footwork realm. They want to know more. It's up to people like me to do my best to paint a picture.
