superhuman work out/healthy tips on bboying

What's up everbody bruise lon here i just decided to give some tips,
and some advice on how to stay healthy and train strong.I have been
training my self in the martial arts since i was 13 years old now i am 21
years old.I have been involed in bboying since august12th of 2005 to
2007,but even then i did not understand the basics and the power of
bboying, and until this day i am learning ways on how to stay light on
your feet and eat light foods such as plenty of water and salads proteins
and fruits. Its not easy being a bboy but here is my example and tips that
you know i am on my way there. On bike i ride at least 35 miles a day, and
on foot i speed walk 25 miles a day with twenty grocery bags on each arm
and 85 pounds of weight in my backpack. That might not sound true to most
of you bboys out there, but i can tell you right now that if i had a camera to
show you what superhuman training i could really do you would pass out.
peace bruise lon.

Don't worry man you are almost there just take a little at a time,
and start your day walking to the store and you will be on your
way there.

That sounds excessive and a form over training, and not giving your body the chance to fully recover and develop properly

if you were really doing 65 miles on bike and 25 miles on foot you wouldn't have time to live your life

and yeah that'd definitely be over training

people think i'm crazy when i do 6 miles in the morning

Walking 25 miles with 20 grocery bags on each arm and 85 pounds of weight in your backpack....

"Rumour has it that he's bench-pressing at least 400 pounds and that's with the left arm alone! What about the right? Writing POEMS, simultaneously!"

Nice one man...
