Wanna Be The Most Agile BBoy?

I posted this over in the bboy.org forums, thought bboyworld might benefit from it as well.

Ladder Drills For Agility Improvement

Agility is a skill like any other and when it's trained properly it can greatly improve your speed, coordination, balance and movement economy(very important for serious bboys) among many other things.

There are quite a few different ways to train agility, I have found the most efficient way is through ladder drills. These drills are short and shouldn't be practiced for more then 15 mins a day, 2-3 times a week. This helps keep your body fresh so you can focus on intensity and quality movements, rather than just quantity.

Be sure to give this a read - Ladder Drills For Agility Improvement

Thanks for the info. yeah I find that when I cross train I'm also able to come up with movements I wouldn't think of just bboying.

I never knew of this type of training. I've always seen it, but really never ask the reason behind it. I appreciate the link and the info you have shared. I'm going to start this training method as soon I recover.
