Being ripped/cut is not the same thing as being healthy. You hardly ever see people in the hood running or joggin, they think that's a white thing. Those dudes are big, but they probably can't run half a mile. I would rather see more emphasis on teaching people how to be FIT rather than muscular. Trying to emulate what the people in prison look like is not a goal that should be communicated to the kids.

nah son, they gotta run from the cops every once in a while so there's the cardio right there
(had to lmao)

nah but ya u right, my boys used to have that body building mentality (still do), Ive tried to get em to get on the treadmill or some other form of cardio and they think it's for pussies. And they dont stretch either so all that muscles becomes less functional anyways. And I'm still one of the most brollic dudes to come outta my highschool without even lifting weights for years now

the video has a few good messages like "no excuses" and use whats around you. Thats really good. fuck paying a ton of money for a gym when you can an excercise for everything. Ya, maybe they could jog alittle two but if your broke and have no car you end up doing ALOT of walking. theres some light conditioning right there. no need to run an hour making up for 6 hours spent sitting in front of a computer when you aint got no computer and are walking alot everywhere.

Nah bro, walking ain't the same thing as continuous cardio exercise. Not even close, so stop making excuses. It's funny seeing big muscular dudes fighting, they get gassed after fighting for 2 minutes. That's lack of conditioning. If you can't run for 30 - 45 minutes straight (preferably at least an hour), you ain't fit.

walking is ight for like calorie burning and conditions your muscles but ya, exactly what homeopt says...no cardio condition so your heart/breathing is still weak

ive seen this video before its dope! i have always been about not paying for a gym, i also speed walk everywhere bc thats how i am, i scare peeps bc they think im in a huge hurry, nope, im just walking fast, that gets me cardio bc i end up breathing hard, sometimes ill just run to where ever im going even if im not in a hurry, also when its not snowing ill bike everywhere, also when i cant bike ill walk everywhere even if it takes me an hour instead of using the bus, everytime i walk up steps i do it two or three at a time, hahaha everything i do i try to do so i can get a workout

hahahhahaa thats just me peaceeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee work out! DO IT.

Erwin, I'll put something together. This is actually a very important issue for kids in the hoodz, not so much for bboys because bboyz are typically very fit.
